Master student looking for a yearlong one room flat (preferably)

I am a first semester physics master student, I am also an international student from China. I did my bachelors in the US, thus I lived in the US for four years prior came to Germany. I am fluent in Henan (Chinese dialect), Mandarin, English. I am still learning German, my German is at A1.2 level. I am a very outgoing person, I love making friends and I have friends from literally all over the world. I am a very funny person if we get along. All of my friends/acquaintances in my life either love or highly dislike me (there’s no in between). I love jazz, outdoors, hiking, biking, gym, films, tv sitcoms, comedy. I do standup comedy occasionally, and I am very talk-able once I am comfortable with someone. I am an open book, I don’t have filters, I am a brutally honest person. I love a great conversation, and I can have conversation on ANY topics you can have in mind. I am a very clean person (may not be organised, but clean). I don’t cook as much as I am supposed to cook. I hate stacking up dirty dishes, I do my own dishes right away once I’ve created them. With that being said, I don’t use much dishes when I cook. Normally, I hardly socialise in my living place. I do all of my socialisation outside (out in the bars and restaurants, on campus, in the parks, etc. of course, non of that is quite possible with covid). I play the piano, so there often will be out loud music coming from my room, but they usually won’t be too loud, I can also put on headphones upon request. I sleep at a reasonable time. I do also love my quiet time. I hate unexpected companies. Finally, my philosophy is that if you respect me, you will most definitely get my respect.
