1-Zi-Wohnung in Göttingen Weende

Ich bin PostDoc am Max-Planck-Institut für Sonnensystemforschung und werde hier mindestens 2 Jahre bleiben. Ich habe ein stabiles Einkommen von über 3000 Euro im Monat, damit ich die Miete rechtzeitig bezahlen kann. Ich bin sehr beschäftigt mit meiner Recherche und verbringe die meiste Zeit in meinem Büro, auch an manchen Wochenenden. Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere.

Ich suche eine 1-Zi-Wohnung in Weende unweit unseres Instituts. Die Wohnung sollte über eine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatten und ein Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche verfügen. Der Mietvertrag kann ab sofort jederzeit beginnen (da ich vorübergehend im Gästehaus unseres Instituts wohne). Die Endmiete kann je nach Größe und Lage sehr zwischen 350 und 550€ betragen.

I am very busy with my research, and I am staying in my office most of the time, including some weekends. I don't smoke, and I have no pets.

I am looking for a 1-Zi-Wohnung in Weende not too far from our institute. The apartment should have a kitchenette with a fridge, hotplates, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The lease can start anytime from now on (since I am living in the guesthouse of our institute temporarily). The final rent can very from 350 to 550€ depends on the size and location.
