International visiting student in Max-Planck Institute of Microstructure looking for an apartment

Hi, my name is Dewei Gong, an international student from China who will study in Germany for the next semester (2021.9.1-2021.12.31). I am a 21-year-old young man, and I have no habit of smoking and alcohol. I am warm-hearted and willing to follow your rules. As a bachelor student majoring in Physics, I will spend most of my time in the lab, namely the Max-Planck Institute for Microstructure Physics in the Weinberg Campus.

I wish to have a small room with my own bathroom. Own kitchen is preferred but a shared one is fine to me as well, for I wish to cook by myself on weekends and holidays.

As a newcomer in Germany, I do not have Schufa (jetzt beantragen) or other kinds of proof. But as compensation, I could pay the rent in advance at one time if you need. Also, I can pay a deposit if reasonable.

Sorry that I could not speak German in the meantime but I can speak fluent Chinese and English.

I’m in Halle now so I could meet with you anytime.
