Dear Landlord/Landlady,
I am Ajran Nura, a new International Student at Hochschule Hamm-Lippstadt from Indonesia. I will start studying at the university from Winter semester this December.
I am an introvert and a quiet person, so I fancy a tranquil neighbourhood. At the same time, I'll not be a bother to my neighbour as there is very unlikely for me to have a party at my place. Even though I don't talk a lot, I can communicate well with people of any age.
I will depart to Germany in early November (earliest arrival date prediction). Right now I am looking for an accomodation near the campus to live in with my husband, we have no child at the moment. So, no such large space is needed.
We would like to find a nice one room flat, or a flat that is fully furnished, with affordable rent rate. Preferably one that is near the Station or where I can commute to the campus by foot.
