I'm looking for a flat :)

Hallo Leute, ich bin Haeyoung und ich komme aus Korea. Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut, also spreche ich EnglischXD I'm looking for a small and cheap flat in Hannover. I wish the cost would be under 350Euro, and siize would be wider than 27m². And I'd like to live around Lützowstraße, but actually, it doesn't matter where the flat is:) Since I can't speak German fruently, I hope you can speak English bit(I'm really sorry about itT-T). I'm usually free now, so I can visit your flat soon. At the moment, I live in a hotel in Hannover, so my address that I wrote here is my Korean address(don't be confusedXD).
