My name is Luca and I am a researcher in theoretical physics who has been awarded a fellowship by the university of Hannover. For this reason I am looking for an accommodation from the end of October 2016 (around 20, flexible starting date) to 28 February 2017. I am looking for a furnished flat with its own kitchen and bath (and washing machine), possibly near the university. I do not smoke and I have no animals. Furthermore I could provide documentation from the university about the fellowship and certificate from my previous landlord (an agency in Groningen) describing my conduct.
