Student of MHH searching for 1 room flat in Hannover

Hello, my name is Yankai and I am a 26 years old Chinese boy who will enroll as a PhD student at MHH in the coming October.

The PhD program will last at least 3 years. The monthly stipend ensures our living in Hannover, therefore paying the rent won't be a problem :) Since I prefer to have a cozy and quiet residence, I believe a compact 1-room flat will be the best choice for me.

I would like to describe myself as a friendly and adaptable person. In June I attended the personal interview and during that week I had a very impressive experience about Hannover. People here are nice and open, and I was lucky to have enjoyed the best season of the year.

I am a non-smoker and I don't keep pet. Keeping the room clean for living is common for me. An ideal flat/apartment for me should be capable of daily cooking, therefore I hope the kitchen is equipped with a sink, cook and dishwasher if possible.

I will arrive in Hannover on 25th September. It is OK for me if I should spend the first several days in short-term houses like airbnb before I can move in to a long-term flat. But the new semester will begin on October 2nd, so I hope most of the preparations can be done before that, which is also the reason why I arrive slightly earlier than the new semester.

Any other furnitures, if already exist in the room and still durable, can be discussed if you want to hand over or count as a utility in the rent. My expectation of rent is maximum 600 euro per month warm.
