We are Mozzam(male, 30) and Sunakshi(female, 30) and we are interested in renting your place. We both are vegan, clean, non-smokers and we love drinking sometimes and chatting with people. Sunakshi is working for DKFZ and I am doing my Masters in informatik from Uni Hamburg. We are planning to move in together starting October 2020 (or last week of September) and we came across this lovely ad of your place which we would like to rent it for entire duration/long term. We both will be moving to Heidelberg on 30 August 2020 and can come for the person to person meeting anytime after 1st September. We are ready to sign the contract anytime as we already liked the place and we can send you our documents for your information. We can pay some rent/deposit if needed after we the see the apartment. Additionally, we are willing to pay extra utility cost in case you have not anticipated 2 people living together. We would be happy to hear from you.
