Psychology student looking to rent studio long-term

Hello!
My name is Lia, I'm 21 years old, and I'll be studying Psychology at UM starting in August. I am looking for a studio or a studio-apartment on the right side of the river, but still close to the center, preferably in Wyck, Heer, Wittevrouwenveld, or near the Maastricht train station.

I am looking for a studio or studio-apartment that has:
- Private bathroom & toilet
- Private and spacy kitchen already furnished with kitchen appliances like a stove, an oven, a fridge, & a washing machine
- Either a studio that has enough space for a queen-sized bed, or a studio-apartment that has a separate space for a bedroom
- Is new, clean, and presentable
- Not more expensive than 750€ (all incl.)
