1 Room Student Apartment Required (from 01/09/2022 to 30/06/2023)

Hi there, I am a 20 year old male incoming Exchange student to the University of Mannheim Business School coming from the UK!

I am a diligent and tidy individual who appreciates both a fun night out and a quiet night in watching one of my favourite films, such as Lord of the Rings, or TV series, such as Game of Thrones. My previous landlords in the UK had no complaints about me and regularly used me as a point of contact for the other tenants. Indeed, I would have a great deal of respect for your apartment!

Whilst I do not currently speak much German, I am a fast learner and hope to integrate myself into the country and culture quickly. In terms of my hobbies, I am a fan of many sports including football, cricket, and rugby, but my main sport is field hockey which I play for my university in the UK and am planning to play for a club in Mannheim. To facilitate my hockey and my travel, I would love to bring my car to Germany, and therefore a parking facilities would be desired but definitely not required.

I am looking to move to Mannheim as soon as possible and will be needing accommodation until the end of June 2023. I would be very glad to for any offers from potential landlords. I am happy to provide any documentation/additional information that you might require, please do bear in mind though that I do not have a German bank account or phone number so providing SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) information will not be possible, I hope you understand!
