Looking for a Studio Apartment/Single Flat on urgent basis

I am an international student who is going to attend the Winter 2022 session of Masters Program “Management of Textile Trade and Technology” in Hochschule Niederrhein from 19th September 2022, and I would be flying to Germany from Bangladesh by 1st September, 2022.

I have been looking out for a Studio Apartment/Single Flat in Monchengladbach where I would be able to stay in a nice, calm and homely environment and concentrate on my study with full focus & dedication.

As a person I’m quite disciplined, composed, friendly and love to interact with people to form bonding within a short time. I’m quite used to living in rented dorms and flat/apartment since my college life, and understand the culture of living in rented flat/apartment. I’m quite a responsible person and would love to take the full responsibilities of keeping a lovely environment within the apartment.

As a person I’m quite conscious of cleanliness and personal hygiene, so keeping the flat/apartment ambience clean and healthy would be one of my priorities.

My preference would be to find a flat/apartment that would be fully furnished with all basic facilities.
