My name is Evgenia, I am a medical doctor and research enthusiast. I will come to Munich with my husband Ilia, an IT specialist, in October 2023 in order to study health science at the Technical University of Munich for two years.

We are looking for a single-room apartment for long term in Munich or its surroundings with convenient access to public transportation. A kitchen is highly desirable for us. We are planning to come in October 2023 but also considering later contracts.

In addition to academic pursuits, I have a passion for jazz music and traveling. I can’t wait to enjoy live jam sessions and explore the beautiful nature surrounding Munich. In contrast, my husband Ilia is a home person. He is an amateur digital artist, very good chef and the best at ensuring that our home is comfortable, clean and safe. We both speak English and Russian and are attending basic German language courses to improve language proficiency.

We are responsible and reliable people. I received a DAAD scholarship to cover my study and our stay in Munich. In addition to a monthly scholarship, DAAD provides a medical insurance, apartment deposit and a partial rent subsidy for all two years of study. We also ensured sufficient personal funds to cover our needs.

We understand the importance of maintaining the apartment in excellent condition and I will ensure that it is well-cared for throughout our tenancy.
