Studenten der LMU suchen Wohnung für 2 Personen

I am Michael Wang from Taiwan. Starting this October I will be doing my Master’s in physics at LMU, and therefore I am currently looking for apartments near the university to stay for 1-2 years.

I will be living with my girlfriend Laura, which is also a student and is from Honduras. We are both quite introverted and we do not hold parties or other loud activities at home. Neither of us smoke, and most of the time we will be doing stuff related to our studies, as it’s the principal reason for which we will be staying in Munich.

Since DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) has awarded me a 2-year scholarship, there will be no problem for us to pay the rent. If you have a property within ~40 minutes by public transport from the university, I will be very happy to arrange a viewing with you and consider signing a lease.

Furthermore, if you only want to deal with one tenant — I understand that it’s much easier for the landlord this way — I can be the one to sign the contract and pay all the rent.
