Hallo!
My name is Bruna, I am a 28-year-old Architecture and Urbanism student from Sao Paulo (Brazil), and I'll be in München for a year while I will be an exchange student at TU München. I am fluent in Portuguese and English; I am a beginner in German, but I'm currently very commited to studying the language!
I moved out of my parents house to another city at the age of 18 to shared apartments, which made me learn to be a very tidy and organized person. A few yers ago I could finally acquire my own place, so I always make sure to treat the space I live with the respect I would like my tenant to have.
I have a strong routine and my eating habits are a great part of it, that's why a basically equipped kitchen is very important for me. Other than kitchen appliances, I'm open to negotiating the existing furniture or arranging it on my own.

I have an admission letter and confirmation of enrollment issued by TUM, and I have the required funds already sent to a blocked account, but I can provide other proof of financial solvency - as well as other necessary documents - if you would like. The mentioned documents are attached in my profile.
