International master's student is looking for a long-term apartment

Hallo,

Ich bin Matthew und komme aus Hong Kong. Ich habe an der TUM studiert und wohne seit einem Jahr in München. Ich spreche nur etwas Deutsch und lerne doch. Verzeihen Sie mir, die Details auf Englisch anzugeben.

I am Matthew (24 Male) from Hong Kong and currently studied my masters in TUM for a year. I am available to rent between December and January. My personal bank of both Hong Kong Bank and German Bank has already enough for renting at least one year and a half, which I could provide if requested. My family would also support me if I have any financial difficulties. However, I do hope I can completely finance myself ! I am also continuously working as an werkstudent which is sufficient to support my rent. My future plan is to also start an Internship/ Praktikum within half a year, which would lead me be even more financial stability. I am available for house viewing and would like to rent between December and January.

Personally, I love the nature and do hiking/ bouldering regularly. And I also love cycling, which I have done a Fahhradtour in Japan and some small ones around München! As a person living in HK, I also enjoy water sports, from kayaking, snorkeling, even scuba diving! I consider myself ruhig in general especially I always wear headphones or keep a low volume. I am familiar with doing chores in my family as well as my current apartment and tidiness is highly valued. I always keep tidiness of my own room, so the apartment will be always in good state. I am not a big party-animal, and more interested in outdoor activities. The risk of not messing the apartment is very unlikely.
