Looking Apartment in Schwabing west or Maxvorstadt

I was looking for a flat located on Schwabing west or Maxvorstadt.
What i want is a small apartment with Kitchen, Internet wifi, and a comfortable bed.
My name is Justo Maldonado , and im a 22 year old university student from Argentina.
I have been accepted to study during the spring semester in the Munich Business School, and i was wondering to know if there is availability to stay in your apartment from the 13 of january until the 29 of february. Im a quiet respectful guy, but i also like to go out with friends. Im a person that considers the place im staying as my own house, and thats the way that i take care of the places I've been to.

I also have a few questions to ask:

- Does it has Kitchen and Internet WIFI?

- Is there clothes dryer in the cellar?

- Is the heating good?

- Is easy to get from your apartment to the university (Munich Business School) by public transport?

- Do you accept overnight visitors for only one night?
