I am Luca, a second year P.H.D student in Mathematics and i am going to work at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 1/05/19 to 31/07/19. I am 26, i do not smoke. So i am looking for a 1 room flat and the maximum rent i can afford to pay is 650€. The place does not need to be close to the University, just in a distance that can be covered in a reasonable amount of time using public transport.
