1 single room for rent (budget 500 € all inclusive)

My name is Meenakshi Prasad and I am a 25 year old female from Delhi, India. I have moved to Munich to pursue a master's in law program for year at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) starting from October 2019 at Marstallstraße. I am currently doing a one month long prestudy course till September 27, 2019 at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and for this duration I am living in the student accommodation at Studentenstadt. I do not have any pets. I do not pay any musical instrument and I do not know a lot of people in Munich. I am not very sociable and like to read, do yoga and watch movies. I'm looking to rent a one bed room house or two bed room house with another Indian student at the University from September 27, 2019 to November, 2020. I am a kind and an extremely clean person and can converse well in English and even speak broken French. I can cook basic food items like coffee, salad, pasta etc. I will take good care of the house if it is entrusted with me.
