Searching for a room or 1 Room Flat for rent in Munich starting latest 03.01.2020

Hello, i am a US citizen currently living in Köln, Germany working in the Film Industry. I am looking to move to Munich before or during March 2020.
I currently live in a WG with one other person, a really great person whom i will definitely continue my friendship with after leaving. We did not know each other prior to our living arrangment beginning nearly a year ago. So beautiful things can happen and smooth interaction or no interaction is definitely my preference. I don't need any new friends but never the less yoiu never know when you find one.
I have further WG experience that wasn't as smooth. Dude to my long working hours, 10-12+ minimum when i am in a contracted project, i like my rest and personal space and don't always feel the need to interact with anyone if i don't feel like it. Silence is also wonderful when trying to get a good nights rest but of course i am also extremely understanding with almost everything. I like situations where i feel considered and respected as much as i give it.
I am not picky in details of a flat or room other than i have no bed i bring with me so a bed would be great if it is possible to take one over from the previous person. If not i guess it may be time to purchase one.
Balconys are great, nature is great, size doesn't particularly matter other than in relation to price. 12qm for 1000€ no thanks.
Preferably i would like to stay in the < 500€ range.
