Hello, I am Concepción (but everybody call me Titina).
I am a 21 year old Spanish mechanical engineering student doing an exchange study programe in Munich in Hochschule München. (I can offer my certificate of enrollment to prove it).
I am looking for a room for the upcoming summer semester (from March until the end of July), but I could move before since I am here in Munich.
I am a tidy, clean and respectful girl. I do not smoke but I do not have any problem if someone in the flat do and I do not have any pets or allergies.
I like to have a good relationship with the other roommates.
I also like to have a clean and tidy house. For me, cleaning is important.
I would like to arrange a visit before staying with the room (Morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays and weekends, every time is good for me)
