Doktorand sucht Studio/1-Zimmer Wohnung in München ab Juli/August

Hi there :),

My name is Sebastian and I'm 25 years old. I'm Spanish and Peruvian but I was raised in Portugal. I have been doing my PhD in Genetics as an IMPRS (International Max Planck Research School) doctoral student at one of the LMU labs in the Großhadern for the past 2 years. I lived in the UK for 5 years to do my Bachelor's in Biotechnology in Manchester and my master's at Imperial College London in Systems and Synthetic Biology.
After living in WGs for the last couple of years to make friends in the city, I am now ready to move on my own, and that is why I am looking for a studio. I am almost 26 years old and I feel like I have reached an age where I would prefer living alone so I can enjoy my quiet time and keep the place clean and tidy as I would like. I lived alone during my master's in London and I would love to go back to that now that I have found a solid circle of friends here in Munich.
Whilst I like to socialize, I am definitely conscious of not being noisy and being respectful of the people living around me. I would like to move as early as possible and definitely before November 1st. I should also say I am a non-smoker and I don't own any pets.
