I am a friendly and clean individual. I am currently doing my MSc from TUM and also working part-time. I am looking for a studio apartment, furnished or unfurnished is fine and I am okay with contracts that are 6 months or more. I keep my surroundings clean and will be considerate tenant, rest assured.
My budget is between 500-550 euros. I am also open to sublet offers if they 6 months or more.
