Intern architecture student looking for 1 room flat in Munich

My name is Katerina Marinaki and I am very interested in your advertisment. I am 25 years old, from Greece I just graduated from Architecture school. From 22nd of October to 21st of January I will be doing my internship in an architecture office in Munich with the Erasmus Placement programme.

I am interested in a one room furnished modern flat near to the city center from 1st of October to 31st of January. In the past I have lived alone, as I have been studying away from my home town city, and I have rented out apartments that I took great care of. I am a very quiet, friendly and clean person. Also, I am very responsible-minded and reliable. I have lived for at least two years in each of my previous two apartments and I carried out basic repair and maintenance work by myself. I will do this with pleasure in my new apartment as well.
