1 zimmer Wohnung or One room Apartment

Dear Landlord,

I would like to express my interest interest in renting your 1 room apartment at this prime location.

I am 26 years old male from India and currently work as a Data Scientis. I have permanent employment contract with Capgemini/ IKEA company. My monthly income is €5***. Im living in München from 4 years.

I am single, non-smoker, calm and very clean person. I have no pets and would live alone. My hobbies are trekking, playing badminton and I always try to stay fit. I understand language quickly and I do speak a bit of German as well.

While at work, all I need is a peaceful place to live and sleep to freshen up for the next day at work. I assure you that I will keep the room very clean and tidy and that under no circumstances will it be a problem for you or your neighbors.

I am especially interested in the apartment in Mzone because it near to my work and Fitness club.
