Posdoctoral student looking for a room

I am a postdoctoral fellow at the LMU. I am looking for accommodation with a good connection with the central LMU campus.
I am going to stay for a year in Munich. I am looking for a furnished room (bed, desk, and wardrobe could be good). I have no problem sharing the kitchen, bathroom, or living room. I have been living on my own with roommates since 6 years ago then I know how to share and organize roommate work in the flat. I am open to cleaning and cooking. I have no specifications for the minimum space.
I have no problem with parties but I would prefer sporadic reunions. Expect me to be a silent roommate and I will be almost all the time outside in the university or visiting places around.
I study medicine in Mexico and I get my Ph.D. studying therapeutic alternatives for epilepsy. I can talk about those topics pretty well.
