1 Room + Living area with Kitchen

My name is Meet Joshi, I am 27 years old and have been working as Software Developer since 2019.
Been working in same company with Permanent contract. Past month, My office has relocated near Central area to have own space. So I'm looking for a 1-room apartment from May/June/July/August/September, but the latest date to move in should be May 1st. As the earlier better it is, Overall I can be flexible based on what is being offered.
If the place is close to Tram/Bus/Subway station of course be great (Bonus).
My budget is max. 750-900 €, although I would of course be happy with a cheaper rent.

Now a bit about me:
I really like being outdoors 30% of my time during free days, be it hiking, cycling, traveling or just going for a walk. I also really enjoy cooking - especially with friends.
Since my previous landlords have never had any complaints, I can also claim to be an easy-going, tidy and reliable tenant. He will be very sad to know that I will be moving out due to relocation of work but yes there are no other choice.
Credit bureau ( apply now ) information is available and I earn 2800 € net as an employee of IT company with regular yearly increment in salary, if necessary a guarantee can also be filled out by my company.
I speak English so any response in English would be appreciated.
I would be very happy about housing offers. A small balcony would be fantastic, but is absolutely not a must. :)
