Requirement of Private/ Shared apartment/ room in Munich, preferably Garching

Hello , I am Kisan Kapadia enrolled in TUM for master's in Power engineering for winter semester 2022 .

I am male, 25 years old and I come from Navsari, India.

🏡I am looking forward for a shared accommodation/ WG in Munich preferably near TUM campus or with good connection to TUM.

My requirements:-

Room of minimum 9 m2
Shared kitchen and utensils, Washroom
All utilities like WiFi connection, water, heating, electricity bills included in rent (preferably).

About me:-

I do not smoke and do not have any pets.
I am a clean and tidy person and would be willing to participate in cleaning schedules, if any
I speak English, Hindi Gujarati and am currently learning German


💶 (warm) : 400-600€ (negotiable)

Date of lease commencement: 1st October 2022 (negotiable)

Tenure of rent agreement: 6 months with option of extension.
