Hi!
My name is Davide Pace, and I am an assistant professor at LMU (economics department). I moved to Munich last October and I am looking for an apartment to rent for long term.
My preferred moving in day would be 26.03, but any starting date between 15.03 and 32.04 would work as well.
I would live in the apartment by myself and my fiance will visit a few weeks every year (she works in Amsterdam). We don't have pets and we don't smoke.
I am originally from Italy, where I lived till 2016. Then I moved to Amsterdam for my PhD, which I am about to complete. My current position at LMU will last for 7 years.
My research is in Behavioral Economics - the part of economics close to psychology - and focuses on climate change and inequalities. I love hiking and cycling, reading, and visiting exhibitions (especially photography ones)
