The flat is relatively easy to reach in a quiet and green corner of Hamburg - Lurup.
----English below---
Wichtig!!

English Version
Hello, I am looking for a neurodivergent or person with a disability for a new flat share in a housing project in Hamburg. FLINTA people are also welcome, but this is not an absolute requirement. Unfortunately, there are many requirements for renting the flat and the application must be well-founded. The reason for this is that the flat is subsidised and therefore has lower rent.
Because I myself live with an invisible disability due to my neurodivergence, I am looking for a second neurodivergent or person with a disability who would like to move there with me.
Unfortunately, the flat is not wheel chair accessible and is on the 1st floor without a lift. I think that's really unfortunate. But if there is anything I can do and you have an access need or accomodation for living, please let me know.
The project is subsidised and intended for socially disadvantaged people and people on low incomes. That's why it requires a separate WBS notice to get it. I am therefore looking for someone who might be a good match for me and who would like to apply for the necessary WBS certificate together with me. It's important that we feel comfortable with each other. That's why we can get to know each other first and see if it might be a good fit.
About me:
I am a non-binary, queer and neurodivergent person originally from the USA with Mexican and Peruvian parents. I have two adult children who would always visit me. It is important that this is not a problem.
I am 44 years old and am fully committed to accessibility and am involved in various activist and artist collectives. I also have some music projects going on. You can listen to an example if you ask.
I like to create more non-discriminatory spaces where everyone can feel safe and comfortable... and I'm very interested in topics like queer feminism and intersectionality. I am also training to become a recovery counsellor and would like to support and accompany people in mental health crisis in the future.
I'm very interested in psychology, the nervous system and deep conversations and art. I also like dancing and being in nature. I sometimes need time alone, but it's also good for me to be with people.
I would love to hear who you are and what you are interested in. I look forward to your messages!
Important!
Please only write if you identify as a neurodivergent or person with a disability ! If you don't and don't take the time to read through this message, skim this text and just send me a standard text, then I won't take the time to give you a reply. I wish you the best of luck in your search!
