The room is located in a shared flat for two in the beautiful Univiertel, has a size of 18 square meters, is rectangular and has a large window.

The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, a toilet, a living room with couch and dining table, a small balcony with a view of the garden and shared use of the garden.

For the living room and kitchen furniture, such as the couch, the dining table, the chairs and the washing machine, a transfer fee of 300€ will be charged.


Location

The apartment is located in the university district, a few minutes' walk from the Karl-Franzens-University, so that all important places can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The city park, a Spar supermarket, various cafés and several bars are also nearby. The city center is also only a 10-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop (Attemsgasse) can be reached in 2 minutes, from where you can get to the main train station and MedUni in 10 minutes, for example.

Living in the shared flat

You would be living with Cynthia, who is currently studying medicine. She likes to bake and cook in her free time and the kitchen is well equipped, from a waffle iron to a portafilter machine and a bread maker. She is looking for a nice, open-minded and sociable person.
Cynthia is always up for activities together, be it just a coffee, cooking together, games evenings, outings or a glass of wine in the evening, and above all wants a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. Privacy, cleanliness and tidiness are also very important, as always.

If you bring a bicycle, you can park it in the hallway. If you have a main residence in Graz, you can also apply for a resident parking space. Very nice landlady and never have any problems. Very friendly house.
