I'm subrenting my room for some weeks in June, July and August:
- now until 22.06
- 04.07 - 15.07
- 08.08 - 14.08

Dates are flexible and we can agree on what suits you best. Total cost per month is 700 euros, we claculate the price based on the days you stay. If you stay less than a week, I’d ask a 25 euro extra for the cleaning costs.

The room is very bright, big and comfortable to be in.
Through the rooftop windows, you can see the stars in the night, during rain it's very romantic to hear the sounds and there's also a possibility to make a full blackout for the time you sleep.
In the room, there's everything you will need - a double bed, table, chair, wardrobe. Also, the bedsheets and the towels, if you need.
The room is big enough to do yoga, dance or just have your time being creative and relaxing.

It's close to S+U Hermannstr, so very well connected (U8, S41, S42, S45, buses).
Tempelhofer Feld is very close - 10 mins by walking.
Many shops around - Rewe, Netto, dm, Aldi. Bio company, Denn's and Lidl are not too far away either.

The basic rule - clean after yourself and don't make a mess. :)

At home we value a kind and respectful atmosphere when a chat during breakfast is a frequent happening. However, it's important that you respect the personal space of others and value yours.

There's a large living room with a couch to read on or watch movies. We have all the necessary utilities in the flat too. There's a bathtub and shower, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Smoking in the flat is not allowed, also no pets unfortunately.

Anmeldung not possible. Also not possible to put your name on the doorbell - you'll need to use ℅ and my last name.
