English below! :)

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building near the old town. The room is fully furnished with, as can be seen from the pictures: bed, bedside table, clothes rack, dresser, desk, Kallax shelf, bookshelves and armchair. You look through the large window onto the Süsterplatz.
When you enter the shared apartment, you stand directly in our "living hallway". There you will find the dining table and the kitchenette with dishwasher, stove and microwave. We also have two bathrooms, so there is usually stress to get ready in the morning.
There is also a laundry room in the basement with a free washing machine.
The apartment is very centrally located, directly between Jahnplatz and the old town, so that the train stop Jahnplatz can be reached in max. 4 minutes, also the main station is only 10 minutes walk away. Right next door there are several possibilities to go out to eat, and any kind of shopping (also groceries) is right next door in the city center or the old town. The Kesselbrink is only about 10 minutes away on foot, so if the circumstances allow it, partying is easily possible.
To the university or FH you need about 15 minutes by train.
The flatshare consists of Carla (social work), Esther (molecular biology), Denise (molecular biology) and Sara (molecular biology), who is doing an internship abroad from January to March.
Life in the flat is very relaxed, we like to cook together and sit together in the kitchen in the evening and chat. If you don't want to have company at the moment, you can of course retreat to your room as it suits you at that moment.
The move-in date is doable from the 1st of January, however, the 2nd or 3rd of January would be ideal.
To move out would be March 31 to April 2, but both dates can be discussed under certain circumstances.
You can also use my bike.
Little info: when I put the ceiling light on, some plaster came down from the ceiling. Looks creepy, but is not dangerous (checked by a craftsman!).
If the room has piqued your interest, feel free to contact me via WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram, then you can come over for a drink of your choice or check out the WG online and chat a bit with us. :)
