Da ich diese schöne Wohnung verlassen habe, jedoch noch zwei Monate Mieter bin, suche ich für diese Zeit einen Untermieter. Ggf. kann dieser auch nach den zwei Monaten in der Wohnung bleiben, dies ist jedoch noch zu klären.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im zweiten Stock, die zum 06.10.2019 bezogen werden kann. Zu dem Objekt zählt ein einladendes Zimmer. Ihnen steht außerdem ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung.
Das Zimmer geht nach vorne zum Spandauer Damm hin und ist daher nicht besonders ruhig. Die Küche hingegen geht zum ruhigen Hof. Die Wohnung hat Südausrichtung und ist daher schön hell. Der Innenraum ist unsaniert und hat gerade dadurch einen besonderen Charme.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet. In der Küche befinden sich Herd und Spüle. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine geräumige Badewanne. Falls nötig, kann ich Geschirr, Besteck, Handtücher und solche Dinge für die zwei Monate bereit stellen.

Since I have left this beautiful apartment, but am still a tenant for two months, I am looking for a subtenant for this time. Possibly the subtenant can also stay in the apartment after the two months, but this is still to be clarified.
This is an apartment on the second floor, which can be occupied on 06.10.2019. An inviting room belongs to the object. A cellar room is also at your disposal.
The room goes forward to the Spandauer Damm and is therefore not particularly quiet. The kitchen, on the other hand, faces the quiet courtyard. The apartment has south orientation and is therefore nicely bright. The interior is unrenovated and therefore has a special charm.
The apartment is rented unfurnished. In the kitchen are stove and sink. In the bathroom there is a spacious bathtub. If necessary, I can provide dishes, cutlery, towels and such things for the two months.
Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend nahe an der TU Berlin (also ideal für Studenten). Ungefähr 2 Minuten entfernt findet man den Bahnhof Westend. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Bushaltestelle für den M45, der direkt zum Bahnhof Zoo fährt (ca. 15 Minuten).

The location is very close to the TU Berlin (ideal for students). The train station Westend is about 2 minutes away. The bus stop for the M45, which goes directly to the Bahnhof Zoo (approx. 15 minutes), is right in front of the front door.
