Hallo ihr,
Am 1.10. ziehe ich um und suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock in der Alex-Wedding-Straße 3 in die Nahe von Alexanderplatz.

Wohnung
Sie besitzt einen Balkon, eine Einbauküche, Fußbodenheizung für den Winter, einen eigenen Spind, Fahrradstellplätze, öffentliche Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Keller.
Das Gebäude selbst wurde 2015 erbaut und aufgrund dessen sind auch alle Einbauten modern und neu.
Mobiliert (Abstandszahlung 600e):
Eibaukuche mit Küchenutensilien, Microwave, Oven, Coffemaschine
Futonbett mit Matratze, Kissen und Bettwasche
Schribtisch mit Stuhl, Esstisch mit Stuhl, Kuchenregal,Schuhschrank, 2xGarberobenstander,


Lage
Die Lage ist echt prima- Bus, U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram sind allesamt innerhalb weniger Minuten (max. 5 min) zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Haustür (im Gebäude selbst) liegt ein Netto, der Montag bis Samstag von 7-22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Sonntags kann man dann zum Brötchen holen zur „Steinecke“-Bäckerei, die auch im Haus ist.
Durch die zentrale Lage und echt geniale Anbindung sind alle Orte in Berlin schnell zu erreichen (Uni’s etc.) - selbst mit dem Rad ist man gut unterwegs.

Sonstiges
Einzige Voraussetzung ist, dass der/die Mieter/in studiert und eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung/Ausbildungsvertrag o. ä. besitzt.

Hello,
From 1st of October, I am searching someone to take over the contract of my apartment.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor in Alex-Wedding-Straße 3 - directly at the Alex.

It has a balcony, a built-in kitchen floor heating for the winter, its own locker, bicycle parking, public washing machines and dryer in the cellar.
The building itself was built in 2015, and all the fixtures are modern and new.
Fully furnished (one time fee of 600e):
Egg kitchen with kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, coffee maschine
Futon bed with mattress, pillow and bed linen
Desk with chair, dining table with chair, kitchen rack, shoe cabinet, coatrack and stand

Location
The location is really great - bus, subway, Sbahn and tram are all within a few minutes (max. 5 min) to reach. Directly in front of the front door (in the building itself) is a Netto supermarket, which is open from Monday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm. On Sundays you can get bread in the "Steinecke" bakery, which is also in the house.

Others
The only prerequisite is that the tenant owns a Certificate of enrollment at the university or any other proof that you are a student or trainee
