wir suchen eine Frau, die in das schöne, große und sonnige Zimmer ziehen will, das gerade frei geworden ist. Es ist ca 30 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit einer Rose und Platz für weitere Pflanzen, und kommt möbliert mit Bett, Lampen und Schreibtisch. Da es Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist, scheint an sonnigen Tagen den ganzen Tag die Sonne herein, und ist auch sonst sehr hell.
Neben dem Zimmer selber ist auch die Mitbenutzung des Bades, der Gästetoilette und der Küche mit inbegriffen, das ebenfalls auf der Südseite ist. Neben deinen neuen Mitbewohner*innen würdest du auch mit einem süßen Pudel zusammenleben.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, mit dem Regierungsviertel und der Charite in direkter Umgebung, schnellem Zugang zu U- und S-Bahn, und alles vom Hauptbahnhof bis zur Museumsinsel fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Miete beträgt 790 Euro pro Monat, für Oktober anteilig. Ab Dezember besteht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer für1030 Euro pro Monat weiter zu mieten, wenn die Vermieterin damit einverstanden ist.

We are looking for a woman to move into the gorgeous, large and sunny room that just became available. It is about 30 square meters and has a small balcony with a rose and space for more plants, and comes furnished with a bed, lamps and desk. Since it is south-facing, the sunlight is streaming into the room throughout the day.
Besides the room itself, rent includes the shared use of the bathroom, the guest toilet and the kitchen, which is also on the south-facing. Other than your new roommates you would also share the flat with an adorable poodle.
The apartment is ideally located, with the government district and the Charite in the immediate vicinity, quick access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, and everything from the main train station to Museum Island within walking distance.
The rent is 790 Euros per month. There is the possibility to continue renting this room from December, if the landlady agrees, but for a rent of 1030 euros.
