Das 15qm Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Es hat ein schönen alten Holzboden und super hohe Decken, was das ganze Zimmer größer erscheinen lässt. Da das Fenster nach Norden zeigt, kommt kein direktes Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer, aber die Fenster am gegenüberliegenden Haus spiegeln viel Sonnenlicht, wodurch das Zimmer trotzdem sehr hell ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwar im Erdgeschoss, jedoch liegt das Zimmerfenster ca. 2 Meter oberhalb des Gehweges, so dass auch keine Fußgänger reinschauen können.
Unsere Wohnung beinhaltet eine kleine (aber feine) voll ausgestattet Küche, ein angrenzendes Badezimmer und eine separate Toilette. Außerdem haben wir ein Wohnzimmer und unser sogenanntes Vorglühzimmer, was an den Flur angrenzt, unsere Kunstsammlung beherbergt und mit zwei gemütlichen Sofas ausgestattet ist.
Da ich aus der Stadt wegziehe, würde ich das Zimmer gerne möbliert vermieten. Aber wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Möbel haben, wäre das auch kein Problem. Für einen fairen Preis von 120 würde ich eine Kommode, ein Bett+Matratze, einen Schreibtisch, einen Spiegel, einen Schreibtischstuhl, zwei Vorhänge und einen Kleiderschrank abgeben.
Alle Nebenkosten sind enthalten, außer der GEZ, die von einem von uns vierteljährlich bezahlt wird: 18,33 euros je 3 Monate.

The room is small but nice. It has a beautiful old wooden floor and super high ceilings, which makes the whole room seem bigger. Since the window faces north, no direct sunlight comes into the room, but the windows on the opposite house reflect a lot of sunlight, so the room is still very bright. The apartment is on the first floor, but the room window is about 2 meters above the sidewalk.
Our apartment includes a small (but also fine) kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. We also have a living room and another small room, which is connected to the hallway.
As I am moving out of town, I would like to rent the room furnished. If you have furniture it´s not a problem either. For a fair price of 120 I would leave one commode, a bed+matrice, a desk, a mirror, a desk chair, two curtains and a clothes rack.
All additional costs are included, except for the GEZ, which is paid quarterly by one of us: it´s 18,33 eur every 3 months.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der Nibelungenstraße. Direkt vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und zu Fuß braucht man nur 5 min zum ZOB und ca. 7 min zum Bahnhof und zur Uni. Besonders praktisch ist der kleine EDEKA, der direkt nebenan ist und seit kurzem zählt auch ein Dönerladen zu unseren Nachbarn.

The apartment is located in the middle of Nibelungenstraße. Directly in front of the apartement is a bus stop and you need only 5 mins to the ZOB and about 7 mins to the train station and to Uni. Particularly convenient is the small EDEKA, which is right next door and since recently a kebab store is also one of our neighbors.
Willkommen im Wattenbau! Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG und wollen das auch weiterhin so bleiben. Du wirst mit Charlotte (27), Johanna (27) und Meghana (27) zusammenwohnen. Charlotte und Johanna studieren beide Jura und Meghana studiert im Master Computer Science. Alle drei sind super sweete Menschen und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Als WG Tradition haben sich regelmäßige WG-Abende etabliert, wo wir uns bei leckerem Essen und Cocktails zusammensetzen und eine gute Zeit haben.
Wir sind eine inklusive WG, die gerne Sachen unternimmt und wo jeder herzlich willkommen ist. Wir möchten, dass unsere nächste Mitbewohnerin entspannt und unkompliziert ist und man gut mit ihr oder ihm auskommt. Falls Du dich angesprochen fühlst, melde dich gerne mit ein paar Worten zu Dir bei uns.

Welcome to the Wattenbau! You will be living with Charlotte (28), Johanna (27) and Meghana (27). Charlotte and Johanna are both studying law and Meghana is doing her master in Computer Science. All three are super sweet and open-minded. As a WG we have the tradition of a regular WG night, where we sit down together over nice food & cocktails and just have a good time. We are an inclusive WG where everyone is welcome. We would like our next flatmate to be relaxed and uncomplicated and easy to get along with. Das Einzige, was nicht in den Kosten enthalten ist, ist der Rundfunkbeitrag von ARD, ZDF und Deutschlandradio, den wir trimestral zahlen, und das sind 18,33 Euro pro Person.
