Erschwingliches Zimmer neben dem Schloss Belvedere

Willkommen in der WG!

Da ich zum 01.09. ausziehe, ist mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer nun frei. Wünschenswert wäre jemand, der längerfristig bleiben möchte, ein Muss ist das aber definitiv nicht. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite, aber durch die guten Fenster hat man keine Lärmprobleme.

Zentraler könnte die Lage kaum sein. Sie haben die schnellste Verbindung in die ganze Stadt (TU, Uni Wien, Wien Mitte, Hauptbahnhof, Innenstadt) und sogar zum Flughafen. Dank der S- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt nebenan kommen Sie rund um die Uhr von und nach überall hin. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Botanischen Garten, dem Schloss Belvedere und dem Schweizer Garten, wunderschön zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, einer neuen Matratze, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Arbeitstisch, einer Kette und einem Nachttisch. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche/Wohnzimmer und ein Gemeinschaftsbad mit separatem WC. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien und Geräte sind hier bereits vorhanden. Ansonsten sind „Alltagsartikel“ wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Handseife in der Miete enthalten.

Das WG-Leben ist größtenteils ruhig, jeder hat sein eigenes Leben, aber man trifft sich in der Küche und plaudert endlos und kocht manchmal auch zusammen. Kavya (Inderin/Doktorandin), Puneet (Inderin/Masterstudentin), Christina (Spanisch/Masterstudentin) und Walter (Wiener/Arbeiter) werden Ihre Mitbewohner sein, alle mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund, Geschichten und Berufen. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine WG mit einem bunten Mitbewohnermix; Studenten und Arbeiter zugleich. Gerne können Sie sie alle bei einem Besichtigungstermin näher kennenlernen.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 296 € pro Monat, Heizung, Internet und wie erwähnt sind die üblichen Haushaltsgegenstände enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 600€.

Welcome to the shared flat!

Since I from moving out from 01.09., my small but fine room is now free. Someone who would like to stay longer term would be desirable, but this is definitely not a must. The room is on the street side, but with the good windows you don't have any noise problems.

The location could hardly be more central. You have the fastest connection to the whole city (TU, Uni Wien, Wien Mitte, main station, city center) and even to the airport. Thanks to the Sbahn and tram station right next door, you can get to and from anywhere around the clock. The apartment is right next to the botanical garden, Belvedere Palace and Swiss Garden, beautiful no matter what the season.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, new mattress, wardrobe, work table, chain and bedside table. There is a shared kitchen/living room and a shared bathroom with a separate toilet. All the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment are already available here. Apart from that, "common items" such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and hand soap are included in the rent.

WG life is mostly quiet, everyone has their own life, but you meet in the kitchen and chat endlessly and sometimes cook together. Kavya (Indian/PhD Scholar) Puneet (Indian/Master's Student), Christina (Spanish/Master's Student) and Walter (Viennese/Working) will be your roommates, all with different backgrounds and stories and occupations. All in all, it is a flat share with a colorful mix of roommates; students and workers at the same time. You are welcome to get to know them all better during a viewing appointment.

The total rent is 296€ per month, heating, internet and as mentioned common items are included. Deposit is 600€.
