Wohnfläche sind offiziell 92qm, aber da die schräge nur als 1/2 gerechnet wird ist sie eigentlich etwas über 120qm groß. Die Wohnung ist eine 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Wohnküche, ich bin passionierter Hobbykoch.
Das Zimmer Umfasst in etwa 20qm Quadratmetern und ist sehr Sonnig. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines gepflegten Wohnhauses und bietet eine Süd-Ost-Ausrichtung, also ist hell. Der kürzlich verlegte Parkettboden ist teils in deutlich besserem Zustand als auf den Fotos!
Die offene Wohnküche ist das Herzstück der Wohnung und bietet ausreichend Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Essen und Entspannen. Dank der cleveren Raumaufteilung gibt es viel Stauraum und zusätzlichem Platz im Kellerabteil.

Diese Wohnung ist perfekt für Singles, oder Paare, die eine gemütliche und gut gelegene Wohnung suchen .Ob Männlich, Weiblich, alles dazwischen und außerhalb spielt für mich keine Rolle. Ich würde mich politisch eher als mitte-links einordnen, habe keine Haustiere und bin gern in guter Gesellschafft und unter Menschen, bin ein eloquent und liebe lange Gespräche,

The living space is officially 90 square meters, but due to the slanted ceilings being calculated as half space, it's actually a bit over 120 square meters. The apartment is a 3.5-room unit with a living kitchen, and I'm a passionate hobby cook.
The room spans approximately 34 square meters and is very sunny. Situated in the attic of a well-maintained building, the apartment faces southeast, ensuring brightness throughout the day. The recently laid parquet flooring is in much better condition than shown in the photos!
