Ich verreise für eine Weile und vermiete meine Wohnung solange an eine Person, die sie während der Zeit gut gebrauchen könnte, z.B. um für ein paar Tage Wohnungen zu besichtigen etc.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer + Wohnküche), einen kleinen Balkon sowie ein Bad mit Tageslicht. Sie ist möbliert und hat alles was du brauchst, inkl. Heizung, Internet etc. Einen TV sowie Bügeleisen habe ich nicht. Der Mietpreis inkludiert alles.
Du bekommst zudem etwas Platz in der Küche (falls du einkaufen gehst), Platz im Kleiderschrank sowie frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. und alles ist gemacht wenn du kommst. Küche, Waschmaschine, Piano etc. darfst du gerne benutzen. Da ich die Wohnung sauber übergebe, erwarte ich das gleiche von dir, ich würde mich also freuen wenn du vor deiner Abreise die Wohnung auch sauber machst.
Die Wohnung ist in der Regel äußerst ruhig - derzeit wird allerdings eine Wohnung auf das Dachgeschoss gebaut, und manchmal hört man die Bauarbeiter im Flur. Sie sind vor allem morgens aber sehr leise.

I'm going away for a while and will rent out my apartment to someone who could use it during that time, e.g. to visit some flats for long-term rent in the city.
The apartment has 2 rooms (bedroom + kitchen), a small balcony and a bathroom with daylight. It is furnished and has everything you need, including heating, internet, etc. I don't have a TV. The rental price includes everything.
You will also get some kitchen space (if you go food shopping), closet space, fresh towels, bedding, etc. and everything is ready when you arrive. You are welcome to use the kitchen, washing machine, piano etc. Since I will hand over the apartment in a clean state, I expect the same from you, so I would be happy if you also clean the apartment before you leave.
The apartment is usually extremely quiet - however, an apartment is currently being built on the top floor and sometimes the construction workers can be heard in the hallway. They are very quiet though, especially in the morning.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain bei der Tram-Station Straßmannstraße. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Edeka, Biomarkt, Restaurants (auch für Take-out), Apotheke, Kiosk, Bäcker. Ein richtig schönes Schaufenster-Café gibt es auch, mit richtig gutem Cortado.
Aus Gründen der Privatsphäre liegt der Punkt auf der Karte ~2 min. von der Wohnung entfernt.
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain at the Strassmannstrasse tram station. In the immediate vicinity there is an Edeka, organic market, restaurants (also for take-out), pharmacy, convenience store, bakery. There is also a very nice window cafe, with amazing Cortado.
Due to privacy reasons the dot on the map is positioned ~2 min. away from the apartment.

Die Übergabe an dich erfolgt am 21. April um ca 11:00 Uhr
Die Rückgabe an mich erfolgt am 30. April, ca. 10:00 Uhr, aber flexibel
Ich vermiete die Wohnung nicht als Hotel oder AirbnB, sondern als mein Zuhause das ich zeitweise einer Person überlasse, die eine befristete Wohnung in Berlin gut gebrauchen kann. Bitte sei also vorsichtig mit allem und nimm deine Sachen mit (inkl. Essen und Müll) wenn du die Wohnung an mich zurück gibst.
Die Kaution überweise ich vor Ort an dich während der Übergabe zurück, wenn die Wohnung gut aussieht und nichts kaputt ist.

It will be returned to me on April 30, around 10 am but this is a bit flexible
I don't rent out the apartment as a hotel or AirbnB, but as my home that I temporarily leave to someone who can make good use of a temporary space in Berlin. So please be careful with everything and take all your things with you (including food and rubbish) when you give the apartment back to me.
I will transfer the deposit back to you on site during the handover if the apartment looks good and nothing is broken.
