I rent my little but very nice appartement from 22.12. to 29.12.2013. its 210 euros plus 100 euro deposit extra. the letter you get back for sure if everything is allright with my flat. i would like to have a respectful person in my flat, respecting my property and all things in my flat! you can use what you find, coffee, washing machine, recordplayer, etc...i leave you some fresh towels and fresh linen for my comfortable bed. its perfect if you wanna spend a good christmas/new year time in berlin. the area where i live is close to many good places in Neukölln, my district. some nice bars and cafes are close by. the old airport Tempelhof is just some 500 meters far from my flat. its now the biggest parc in berlin! and a very wonderful place to have a nice winterwalk and enjoy the calm in a big city. there are some different subway and train (s-bahn) stations close by. its U7 (Karl-Marx-Straße), U8 (Leinestraße) and S-Bahnhof Hermannstraße, whats a "Ringbahn"-station, the train circeling around the whole city so a very usefull one.

ich vermiete meine kleine, aber schöne Wohnung für 1 Woche über Weihnachten, oder auch weniger Tage...
Kosten: 210,-
Kaution: 100,-
Was die Zeit angeht, sind wir flexibel, es kommt da nicht auf einen Tag an. Muss man eben gucken mit der Schlüsselübergabe, wie man das am besten macht.
Wir suchen kein Partyvolk, da uns die Wohnung lieb ist. Natürlich haben wir nichts gegen Menschen, die gerne lange des Nachts unterwegs sind. Doch wir möchten unbedingt, dass unser Eigentum respektiert wird. Wer zum Partymachen in den "eigenen" vier Wänden nach Berlin kommt, sollte sich etwas anderes suchen. Daher erklärt sich die Höhe der Kaution, die ihr auf jeden Fall zurückbekommt!!! (wenn die Wohnung in Ordnung ist)
Wir übergeben euch die Wohnung in geputztem Zustand, so oder so ähnlich hätten wir sie dann ganz gerne zurück.
Wir würden uns auch überlegen, die Wohnung nur eine Woche zu vermieten...
In der Küche darf alles benutzt werden. Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Plattenspieler, etc...Desweiteren bekommt ihr Handtücher und frisches Bettzeug.

Abindung ist super, U8 station Leinestr direkt ums eck, dann die U7 und Ringbahn Hermannstraße in unmittelbarer nähe!

Wohnung liegt im Körnerkietz, darin das Highlight der kleine aber feine Körnerpark. Der Kietz gehört noch nicht zu den großen "Szene-Kietzen" in Neukölln, ist aber im Kommen. Einige nette Bars, z.B. "Liesl" oder "Prachtsaal", Cafes: "Leuchtstoff", und Galerien sind Zeugen davon. Es gibt einen sehr guten kleinen Weinladen für franz Weine in der Jonasstraße. Er heißt "Schwarzes Glas"
