Apartment with balcony towards Rhine (time-sharing! reduced price, use most of the time)

Helle Wohnung mit Balkon und Blick auf den Rhein und das Siebengebirge - und jeden Abend sieht man vom Balkon den Sonnenuntergang über Bonn und dem Rhein! Und da ich die Wohnung nur an bestimmten Terminen nutze und sie den Rest der Zeit leer steht, suche ich jemanden, der die Wohnung mit mir teilt. Also: An meinen Terminen, ca. 5-6 Tage pro Monat, benötige ich die gesamte Wohnung für mich allein (überwiegend am Wochenende). Für den Rest der Zeit gehört die Wohnung dann Dir alleine - dafür zahlst du nur einen Teil der Miet- und Nebenkosten! (Die Angaben in der Annonce beziehen sich auf deinen Anteil.) Somit ideal für Wochenendpendler, Studenten oder Vielreisende!

Die Termine in den 6 Monaten ab Juni, an denen ich die Wohnung alleine benötige, sind wie folgt geplant und werden jeweils mindestens mit einem Monat Vorlauf bestätigt:

- 17.06. - 22.06.
- 20.07. - 24.07.
- 25.08. - 29.08.
- 06.10. - 09.10.
- 28.10. - 02.11.
- 23.11. - 27.11.

Die 2 Zimmer-Wohnung ist gut geschnitten (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Diele) und hat im 6. Stock einen tollen Ausblick auf den Rhein und auf das Siebengebirge!

Die Wohnung ist möbliert: Küche mit allem Zubehör, Waschmaschine, Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Schränken, Wohnzimmer mit Schlaf-Eckcouch und Möbeln, TV etc.

Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, einen Keller und einen Fahrradkeller. Direkt vor der Tür ist immer Platz zum Parken (keine Parkgenehmigung erforderlich) und die Bushaltestelle ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt.

In den Kosten ist so ziemlich alles enthalten: Satellitenfernsehen, Breitband-Internet, Miete WLAN-Router, GEZ-Rundfunkbeitrag, Netflix, Amazon-Prime etc.

Bright apartment with a view on Bonn, the river Rhine and the local mountains and every evening one can see the sunset from the balcony! Most of the time, I am not here, because I am only using the apartment about four 5-6 nights per month Therefore, I am looking for someone to share the flat with. This means the flat is yours most of the time, but you need to move out when I am using the flat, i.e. you cannot stay in the apartment during these days. In return, you only pay a share of the total cost (prices given above are your share of the rent). This is ideal if you work or study in Bonn and commute back home on weekends - or if you are away traveling on weekends anyway, spending the money you saved on rent :)

Dates when I will use the apartment in the 6 months starting in May are listed above. These planned dates will always be confirmed at least one month in advance. The remaining time, the place is all yours.

The apartment is fully furnished: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bedroom with bed and cupboards, living room with couch (can be turned into a second bed), furniture and satellite TV. The bathroom has a bath tub.

The house has a lift, there is a dedicated basement and a place to store bicycles. Outside, it is always space to park a car (no permit required) and the bus stop is less than 1 minute walk away.

Costs include pretty much everything: Satellite TV, broadband internet, Wifi-Router, TV broadcasting fees (GEZ), Netflix, Amazon-Prime etc.
