Schöne Altbau Wohnung - gute Verbindungen

Ich vermiete eine schöne, sanierte Altbauwohnung im 16. Bezirk, da ich für 1 Semester einen Erasmusaufenthalt mache. Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der U3 Station Ottakring, die Sbahn 45, die Straßenbahnlinien 44,46 und 2 sowie die Buslinien 45A, 46A, 46B, 48A sind alle mit 5 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Zur Hauptuniversität sowie zum Stephansplatz braucht man öffentlich ca 15 Minuten. Ebenso zur Boku in Heiligenstadt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und es fahren nur wenige Autos. Das Schlafzimmer ist hofseitig gelegen. Wc und Bad sind getrennt. Die Wohnung hat ca 60qm jedoch wird 1 zimmer nicht mitvermietet da ich dort meine Sachen lagere. Die übrigen 2 Räume belaufen sich auf ca 48qm. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung wäre also auch für Pärchen geeignet. Im Hof befindet sich ein Fahrradabstellplatz. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil und einen kleinen Abstellraum am Gang. Lift ist vorhanden. Falls weitere Fragen vorhanden sind helfe ich gerne!

I am renting a beautiful Appartement in the 16. district of Vienna because I am leaving 1 Semester for Erasmus. The appartement is directly located at the U3 Metro Station "Ottakring" aswell as the Trainline S45, the Tramlines 44,46 and 2 and the Buslines 45A, 46A, 46B, 48A which you can all reach by foot in 5 minutes. If you take public transport it takes about 15 minutes to the University of Vienna and Stephansplatz aswell as the Boku University. The place is very quiet and there is very little trafic. The bedroom faces a court yard so it is very quiet aswell. The appartment is 60qm big but one room is gonna be closed because i am going to store my stuff there. The rest of the appartement is about 48qm. There is one bedroom and one living room so the appartement could be also used by a couple. In the yard there is a place where you can store a bike.
