I rent my 1room flat during my summer holiday: from the 1st to the 18th of August it will be free! With balcony, baththub, washing maschine and dishwasher - facing Görli - it is a treasure!
It is good for singles or for pairs.
You will defintely enjoy having breakfast or dinner on the balcony just watching the sky above the trees! The turkish market and the flee market (both on the canal) will show you the real soul of the city.
And for the night... you will be sitting on the very center of night life in Berlin, so it is up to you what you do with this chance!
In front of the House you can catch the M29 - riding practically 24h and going to the other side of the city. Walking about five minutes you can reach the U1 (Görlitzer Bahnhof) or the U8 (Schönleinstrasse)
The flat costs 500€ for a month (everything included) therefore I calculate 125 x week + 100€ caution. Of course as long as nothing happens to the flat you will get your caution back!
I would be glad to find someone who will water my plants on the balcony!
