Flat or House in München vom 1st January for Couple👫

I am Srijan Dhare, a working professional (software engineer) and I am looking for a furnished place to stay (flat or haus 🏡) for me and my wife for long term from 1st of January 2024.

Not looking for roommates. Balcony and garden are preferred.

We are living in Munich and want to move to a different place. My office is in Trudering.

We are quiet and fun loving people. We would like to have a pet (cat) in the future.
