Short term accommodation near Ludwig Maximilians University

Hello,
I am a pharmacy student at Cardiff University , UK. I am going to be doing a three month placement at Ludwig-Maximilians University between 19/06/14 and 19/09/14. I am looking for accommodation during this time. I am arriving in Munich on 16/06/14 and would be looking to view accommodation during the first few days of my stay, although I am able to view properties for as long as is necessary until I find something. I would be ideally looking to be located near the LMU but don't mind having to travel up to 40 mins. I do not smoke, have no pets and would not require car parking. I would want to view the accommodation prior to signing a contract.
