Looking for Shared Room/Apartments/Single Room

Guten Tag and Hello,

This is Akaash (24yo), an international Masters Student. I was originally studying in Bonn University but I have decided to move to Munich for my Masters Thesis in Munich. I will be doing my thesis in LMU/Max-Planck Quantum Optics. I am looking for a room from about September/October to August 2023 preferably around 400 Euros per month of rent around Garching/Munich/Freising.

I am very confident about keeping the room clean and tidy. All of the previous landlords were extremely happy with the way I maintained the room. I am also very friendly and open to talking with people and also learn/practice German. One activity that I absolutely love is cooking together.

When it comes to outdoors, I usually love going for adventurous activities like hiking and cycling. I do know that Munich has very active hiking group and hence I would like to use this chance to hike/trek near the alps. I am also into fitness and make it a point to hit the gym 3/4 times everyweek.

Despite this, I also like my own personal time. I am sometimes a very big nerd and can sometimes study for very long hours. Physics is my love and I can actually spend many hours on it! But I love interacting with someone everyday, preferably love to have deep conversations. I have slowly been practicing digital art and I am slowly getting better at that everyday. I am still learning German and would like to have someone who can help me with it.

I am a vegetarian (but don't eat eggs) and I hope that is not a problem for you. I am very much into exploring different cuisines.  My favourite is Thai and Mexican. (You should definitely try Thai Green Curry). I can however make decent Indian food for you :P

So overall I am both outgoing but also love my own personal time. Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I think going for random walks at night with a friend is one of the most underrated pleasures. I also love anime and manga!!!!!!!!!! They are the coolest.

I am looking for someone who is actually friendly. I would love a roommate who loves cooking and having dinner together. I would prefer someone who doesn't do loud and hardcore party during the nights especially but I do enjoy light-moderate music. But other than that I have no restriction and am looking to meet a cool new room mate.

Finding a room is pretty hard in Munich/Freising/Garching and I would be super-grateful if you can offer me a room.
