Master student at RWTH looking for a shared apartment for 1 year

I am Gunjan from Mumbai, India. I'm currently doing my masters in experimental condensed matter physics at RWTH (since September, 2015). I started my master thesis in October at Forschungszentrum, Jülich which will last approximately one year. I currently live in a single apartment at a student dorm and really hate it here, hence looking for a change of environment.
What I'm looking for:
-roommates who don't mind constant mispronunciation of German
-who are interested in sharing meals, thoughts and prejudices
-who are willing to maintain a clean, healthy and harmonious environment
-who are willing to communicate
What I like:
-Physics (obviously), literature (existential fiction, poetry), music (rock, rock and some more rock), alcohol (because gin), trash movie nights, food.
What I don't like:
-racism, fascism, sexism, trans-/bi-/homophobia, body/fat shaming
-unwillingness to compromise, important and yet non-communicated thoughts, bugs
-people who readily stereotype everything and everyone
-jokes about me being a vegetarian
What I can offer:
-good food, unusual utensils, non-judgemental conversations (for the most part), recommend the best YouTube channels, a view of all my posters, a small ficus plant.
