we have a pretty comfy room to sublease spontanously from the 5th of August until 4th of September 2023 as i'll be on vacation. Move in/out dates are a little flexible - in case you urgently need to get in a few nights earlier or stay a few ones longer.
You would have the 18sq room as well as a 28sq shared living room, the appartment is located a 5 minutes walk to several overground trains (circle linesS41/S42 & S8/S85/S9) at the same time well conected to a bunch of buslines (165/166/256/104/194/M43)
if youre somone who enjoys going out for a run or a walk in nature, the Treptower Park in front is another big plus, if instead you rather prefer going out late night, theres plenty of clubs/bars in walking distance
the whole flat is constantly kept pretty clean and tidy, except of maybe and the rent includes gas heating fast internet as well as two very nice flatmates mostly in involved in music/art/journalism/design
you should be fluent in one of the following languages
english, german or dutch
perhaps french/italian would work too
