Hi there,
I am looking for a flatmate to takeover one room of the 2 room alt-bau apartment I am currently living in. The room is about 20sq meter and is very sunny due to the south-west orientation of the apartment. It is in the alt-bau style, with very high 3.50m ceiling and stuck.
The room will be emptied for you to come in (the furnitures/plants from the pictures won't be inside anymore). You can then decide how you want to arrange it. You can for instance have a single bed and a "living room" area, or a king size bed, and a bit less living area. I am happy to support you in furnishing the room. On top of your personal room, we share the kitchen and the bathroom. There is no living room.
The flat is located right in front of the s-banh, so you can be in Treptower park in 4min, Ostkreuz, 6min & Warschauer Strasse 15min. There are 4 lines of s-banh therefore you can reach any place in the city very fast.
The contract is first for 3 months, but it's extendable/renewable.
About me: I am a 26 french person who moved to Berlin about 4 years ago. I work as a Digital Marketing Manager for an advertising agency in Friedrichshain. I am going to the office 1-2 days per week, the rest of the time I work from home. Besides my work, I produce electronic music and mix on vinyls. I have my equipment at home, therefore it happens that I play a bit on the weekend, and have a few friends passing by. Nevertheless, I am very respectful of others, and I stay very calm during the week, as I need to focus on my work. I also enjoy running (Planterwald forest/Treptower park is accessible only a few meters away from the flat).
Ideally, I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, but I am open to any request. If you feel you may like the room, feel free to reach out to me with some information about yourself. If you can share links to your social media (i.e Facebook/Instagram) would be useful as well.
Thanks,
J.
