Kika and me are leaving the city for some months to escape the winter and have up to three rooms available: 15 m2 w/ 140 cm bed, 8 m2 w/ 120 cm bed and 25 m2 w/ couch that can be transformed into a 90 cm bed. We are looking for 2-3 people who want to rent the place for at least 2 months, maybe longer. Anmeldung is possible :) The rent for the whole flat is 1300 € / month including all costs (heating, electricity, internet etc.), which can either be shared by 2 or 3 people. 2 people would then share the 25 m2 living room. This is up to you. I will first look for 1 person who can then decide who else will move in. Kika and me are kind, open-minded, reliable people and hope to find someone who is similar :) We will discuss all details during the viewing. The flat is equipped with anything you need, including an Italian espresso machine, a dish washer, a washing machine, a dryer, a cleaning robot, loudspeakers...
The flat is close to S Hermannstr., yet very calm and peaceful. There is anything you need right around the corner.
